In February 2017, the Journal of the National Career Institute released a study that showed an increased rate of colon cancer patients between 20 and 30 years old. This new insight has sparked many questions as to why this was occurring. Although no definitive answer has yet to be made, doctors have stressed the importance of early diagnosis.
